Norwegian Salmon Fillets are favored for their high oil content which produce rich flavor and are convenient to use because bones and trimmings are removed. They can be fried, baked, broiled, sautéed, poached and can even be served as sashimi.

Salmon are closely monitored to guarantee that only pure, completely safe fish—free of disease, dyes and toxins—make it to your table.

To better utilize resources, the marine life used in salmon feed comes from sustainable stocks of fish species that are not suitable for human consumption. In addition, vegetable oils have been added to the feed to reduce the strain on limited marine resources.
