Service Advisory: New Delivery System & Updated Fees

As you know, we always try to find better ways to deliver your groceries in its freshest state. We value the trust given us when our customers choose to order with us for their weekly market necessities.

Effective August 15th, we will be taking steps towards an improved quality of deliveries and a wider delivery scope.

We will be implementing courier deliveries within the metro to get items to your door even sooner.

  • Live in a far-flung area in the metro? We now deliver to you! From Manila to Pasay, to Makati, Quezon City, and even Novaliches or Caloocan, our courier delivery will reach most addresses.
  • Track your delivery once your order is picked up from our base and is en route to you.
  • Want to make a COD payment? No problem. With our updated delivery scheme, we will be able to accept cash payments through courier too.

As a result of the changes, please find below the adjustments in our minimum order requirements:

How to Use Our Delivery Fees Reference Table

  • Please refer to the City in white you reside, and your corresponding Barangay or Delivery Area.
  • On this row you will find the Minimum Order Requirement needed to avail of our Subsidized Delivery Fee of just ?100.
  • In the event you only need a few items and are unable to meet the minimums, we can still deliver to you! Simply refer to the Full Fare column for your Delivery fee.
  • We also encourage you to order your groceries for the week in order to reach the corresponding minimum order requirement for a FREE delivery.

  1. Hi! I have a minimum order of 1K in my cart (my delivery address is in Poblacion, Muntinlupa City) BUT I keep getting charged for full fare delivery (Php250) instead of the subsidized delivery (Php100)-how to correct this please? Thanks

    1. Hi there, thank you for reaching out to The Green Grocer. For orders reaching the minimum for Subsidized Delivery, we will manually adjust your shipping to reflect the P100 discounted delivery fee. Hope this clarifies any confusion.

  2. Do you give the 20 percent pwd discount? He is on the gluten free diet what I buy here is for his consumption. If you can remove the vat that’s good enough for me.

    1. Thank you for your interest in The Green Grocer. Quoting below from the National Council of Disability Affairs the discounts granted to persons with disability:

      Section 3. Discount – Every person with disability shall enjoy a special discount of five percent (5%) of the regular retail price of basic necessities and prime commodities listed under Section 2 (a) and (b) of this Order. The total amount of said purchase shall not exceed the amount of One thousand Three Hundred Pesos (Php1,300.00) per calendar week without carry over of the unused amount. Provided, that said amount shall be spent on items listed under Section 2 (a) and (b) of this Order commensurate to his/her personal and exclusive consumption and/or enjoyment within the calendar week.

      Section 4. Valid Identification Documents – To avail of the discount, a person with disability must present his/her identification card issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) or by the authorized office of Local Government Units (LGUs) where he/she resides. The procedure for the issuance of identification cards shall be in accordance with NCDA Administrative Order No. 001, Series of 2008, issued 23 April 2008, and other relevant issuances.
