Sourdough Country Batard (850 grams)
A Daily Knead loaf of crusty bread with a light and airy interior. Its tangy flavor is brought about by the natural lactobacilli produced by the sourdough starter. The starter is natural yeast that we have nurtured and cared for which contains microorganisms that cause fermentation. We only use King Arthur unbleached, bromate-free flour, premium distilled water, and all-natural sea salt from Pangasinan. We offer this loaf as a batard or torpedo-shaped.

We do our best to minimize the use of plastic packaging. Your order is delivered in a recycled box and your items are either wrapped in banana leaves or paper. Unfortunately, sensitive items, such as meats and seafood, require the use of plastic for sanitation purposes.
