This award winning beer was brewed by local brewers of Palm Tree Abbey. It is a hybrid brew of the German style (weissbier) and the American style wheat beers, with a unique yeast that produces a blend of banana and cloves, a slightly dry and tart edge, and finishes with a hint of coriander spiciness and calamansi. It is the perfect balance between European tradition and western innovation.
