Organic Sausages & Eggs Selection

The Parmesan and Parsley sausage is a combination of ground organic lean pork meat, pork fat, fresh organic parsley leaves, parmigiano reggiano cheese and made more interesting with a hint of lemon.

Organic sausages require a minimum order of any 2 packs, regardless of flavor.

The Buffalo & Celery Chicken sausage is a combination of ground organic thigh fillet chicken with a special hot sauce and organic celery, imagined to be like eating a deconstructed buffalo wing in a casing. 

Can be stored for several months but best consumed within 3 months for best flavor and quality.

Cooking instructions: Thaw sausage in the fridge. Simmer with 6 tablespoons of water over low-medium heat. Cover and turn every few minutes. When water evaporates drizzle with your preferred oil and brown skin for 5 mins. Avoid overcooking as it will dry out the sausages. Let it rest for a minute and consume while warm.

Our eggs are from a farm in Laguna who is raising beautiful brown chickens. These are happy and high flying chickens all grown in a family backyard down in Victoria, Laguna.

Chickens are truly free range with lush pasturing grounds. They are also antibiotic and chemical free, and only drink malunggay tea.

A Daily Knead loaf of crusty bread with a light and airy interior. Its tangy flavor is brought about by the natural lactobacilli produced by the sourdough starter. The starter is natural yeast that we have nurtured and cared for which contains microorganisms that cause fermentation. We only use King Arthur unbleached, bromate-free flour, premium distilled water, and all-natural sea salt from Pangasinan. We offer this loaf as a batard or torpedo-shaped.
