This is a firm, lightly-smoked cheese made from soy milk and formed using locally-sourced carrageenan. It is dairy-free and gluten-free, and melts and grates just like dairy cheese (but at a slightly higher temperature).
Ingredients: Pure soybean extract, coconut oil, cassava flour, nutritional yeast, hickory smoke flavor, salt, Worcestershire sauce, carrageenan, onion powder.
