Place a pizza stone on the middle shelf of your oven and preheat at the highest temperature (250°C) for at least 30 minutes. Take the pizza out of the package. Do not defrost! Drizzle the surface of the pie with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil before carefully placing the frozen pizza directly onto the stone using a pizza peel. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the dough has turned a nice golden color.
Take your pizza out with the peel and place on a wide, wooden chopping board. Using a large knife or a pizza cutter, slice the pizza into equal pieces before serving. Enjoy!
